Pastor Keith grew up in the Evangelical Friends (Quaker) church and served as a Recorded Minister from 1980-1998 in various settings.  Keith was Ordained in 1998 as an Itinerant Elder with the Evangelical Church - Pacific Conference.

Keith has a secular and ministry background.  He has completed undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in the fields of Psychology / Sociology, Counseling, Theology, and Marriage & Family which assist him in ministering to a broad spectrum of relational and spiritual needs.

Pastor Keith and his wife Priscilla were married in 1979 and are parents of three adult children.
