Ministry Leadership
Pastor Michael and his family joined Hopewell Community Church in November of 2024.
A native of Iowa, Pastor Michael is an avid Hawkeye fan. He has undergraduate degrees from Vennard College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University and attended George Fox Evangelical Seminary (now Portland Seminary), where he received a Master's Degree in Ministry Leadership.
Before coming to Hopewell, Pastor Michael served as Pastor of Nazarene congregations in Iowa and Missouri.
He firmly believes in holiness, has a passion for helping the church to understand why they believe what they believe, and desires to develop strong disciples of Jesus that make disciples of Jesus.
